***August 22nd is being rescheduled to Sunday, September 19th 9:30AM in anticipation of Hurricane Henri. Thank you all for your understanding. Update your calendars. You surely won't want to miss this!
Join Kayla from Limelight Studio for a gentle Sunday morning yoga class outside in the field at Hay Burr Inn Equine Rescue & Sanctuary! Respond on Facebook that you will be joining us.
Beginners welcome, the class will be sweet and gentle with perfect Sunday morning vibes! We will be outside, weather permitting.
All proceeds will be donated to the rescue to help them care for these beautiful horses! It is a donation-based event, so bring whatever you can afford and would like to donate to Hay Burr Inn Equine Rescue & Sanctuary! We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. This is a donation-based fundraiser to help with the care and upkeep of the horses and donkey.
There are NO tickets to purchase in advance to enter the event. Your DONATIONS are greatly appreciated for us to continue to rescue equines and give them a second chance to enjoy life and just be a horse.
Our equines are older, injured, or retired horses that were either owner surrenders or rescued from the kill pen; these are not riding horses. They are so wonderful and love attention. You can read about our rescues here on the sanctuary: https://www.hayburrinn.org/horse-profiles/.
Please bring a yoga mat and water. Also, bring a pair of closed-toe shoes in the event you may be to meet the horses and donkey afterward.
Please adhere to COVID regulations if in effect at the time of the event.
If you need to call, please call or text 860.932.2092. Please understand that on event day we are busy preparing and may not be able to answer or reply within the same day. If your question is regarding the event, please refer to the information here first. Thank you and we can't wait to see you.
